Please fill out the following form with your name and email. We will send you our facilities use form. Please fill it out as completely as possible to expedite your event request. Once completed e-mail it back to zion@zionsa.org. All events will be approved in staff meetings on Wednesday. You can expect a response via email before the end of business Wednesday.
